I started my journey towards Kailash Manasarovar through Max Holidays India Pvt Ltd on 3rd Sept 2025 with a timid heart to explore the uncharted terrain. Mr. Vishal always requested us to refrain from any expectations as a tourist since it's the toughest pilgrimage at the highest point of this Tibetan plateau.

Every person cooperated immensely to make this journey successful for us. Small events happened due to uncertain nature of this land. Flights couldn't take place on time so we had to stay back in certain awkward places. Above all, The Sun God has blessed all of us by giving the capabilities to complete our Kailash Parikrama throughout 3 days started from Manasarovar.

Blessed Journey to Lake Manasarovar and Mount Kailash

I have fulfilled my dream of visiting Lake Manas sarovar and Mount Kailash at an age of 68 travelled to Kathmandu alone, with the help of experienced and efficient planning of the tour by Max Holidays. I was in 1st to14 th September 2025 overland batch from Kathmandu. The organisers took all necessary care for smooth conduct of yatra with out any notable discomfort to the pilgrims. It's appreciable that they have picked us up from the Airport on day-1 and dropped at the Airport on day 14 safely after successful completion of yatra.Thanks to Max Holidays.

A Lifetime Experience at Kailash Mansarovar in Shravan Month...

I had this lovely opportunity to visit Kailash Mansarovar in July, holy Shravan month. Big thanks to Max holidays, and Nimisha for organizing this tour. It is not a luxury trip, but a journey of surrender, faith, love and trust in the entire process, challenges and tests you go through. With all the uncertainities around permit, visa approvals, weather conditions, flight reschedules, low oxygen levels, very modest living conditions, there was so much of if's and but's in mind, but trust Mahadev, and everything would be taken care of. I had my lifetime experience when I completed this Pradakshina, to be honest, all worth it. Porters, Cooks, Guides at Nepal, Tibet side were kind and supportive throughout journey. I consider them equally responsible for successful journey.

My only suggestions for Max Holidays, that can help enhance their services further (not sure how much of it would be feasible due to high uncertainities around multiple aspects in this journey and tough situations around visa, permits, weather conditions, etc.)

1) Reducing size of batches (we were 72 people in our group)

2) Creating separate batches/ groups for big family travellers vs solo travellers for effective and smooth operation and management in Nepal, Tibet (China) side.

3) Having one Max representative throughout the journey along to manage travellers queues for internal flights, handling tickets/passports, room allocations, concerns/queries all along to ensure fair practice for all travellers, accountability and responsibility of the entire journey.

4) Not charging extra for full moon trips when there is high uncertainity of travellers not reaching by that time

Very well organized. The yatra was taken care of at each place . A point of suggestion is that while on return also you must cater of lunch and dinner as it gets extremely late to reach final destination point and that should also be considered. Nevertheless had an amazing pilgrimage (Kailash Mansarovar yatra), it ll change your life.

I have recently completed overland yatra along with 3 of my friends to Kailash Mansarovar from Kathmandu with Max Holidays. Nimisha from Max has guided and informed us about progress of our yatra in professional and timely fashion. Max has organised the yatra flawlessly from accommodation, transportation, food, visa formalities to managing the group. Quality of food on whole trip was excellent. Communication from Sherpas, guides and especially Narayan bhaiya was awesome. All the hotels stays were beyond words. Buses were so comfortable that we never felt tired. We will definitely recommend Max Holidays to all our known ones. Toilets during parikarma days is a problem but it was well communicated in advance and we were prepared for same.

Well-Organized Kailash Mansarovar Journey with Great Support...

This was my first trip to such a high-altitude place, and I was nervous at first. But the arrangements were so good that I could focus on the yatra instead of worrying about small things. The buses were comfortable, the food was simple and tasty, and we always had someone to guide us on what to do next. The parikrama was the most challenging part, but also the most rewarding. I’m so thankful for Max Holidays and the team like Sakshi mam and Dipesh who really helped us for this Yatra, they really answered all our queries.

Max Holidays Made Our Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Truly Memorable

Ofcourse sometime accommodation can be a bit tricky but it is the same with any other pilgrim place. Vegetarian food was served to us which was fantastic throughout. Outmost care and attention was given to our acclimatization for the high altitude. We always followed the instruction of the tour guide and trusted them for taking decisions which are good for us. We booked for a Shravan Purnima at Mansarover but due to congestion on China border and at Thirapukh tour guide decided to get there a night after which we all agreed and we had a very good time with Lord Shiva blessings at the Holy Mansarover Lake & the North Face of the Holy Mount Kailash.

We all did full parikrama and in my personal experience Lord Shiva has taken all my fears and cleared my doubts.

I am so blessed to have booked with Max Holidays, further they handed us over to the capable hands of Shivam Group in Kathmadu. The whole journey is the most memorable trip of my life as yet. The spiritual gain is beyond words for me and to check whether my Yoga classes are working for me this is the best yardstick I could have had.

They have great connects in Nepal, China-Tibet to handle difficult situations which are inevitable in such a high risk travel. You need to be physically and mentally prepared for it. Kailash Yatra 2025: A Challenging Yet Soulful Experience

We did Kailash Yatra through max holidays this July.It was a very divine experience .As the Yatra has begun after a few years it’s difficult for everyone involved ,but sakshi was patient enough to answer our queries .After being on the tour we realised most of the things are difficult to manage in those regions including permits,visas ,food and travel itself .A special mention to our Nepali guide especially Dhan n Narayanji ..u were patient with us all through the journey.We had a lovely Darshan and a great Parikrama .Not thee perfect arrangements by max holidays but now we know better after completing it..it’s not about perfection but the joy of the journey that it was .. one to cherish lifelong .Thank you max holidays.

Trip to Kailash Manasarovar was a dream come true moment for me personally, organized to perfection by Max Travels. Right from pick up from Lucknow airport, the tour guides have been extremely supportive and took care of the entire group throughout the tour. Food and stay arrangements were good. Did Kailash Mansarovar Yatra recently with Max Holidays and I must say their services were excellent. The accommodation, guides, support on-ground — everything was well managed. There was some waiting time for the permit, but we knew from the start that such delays are normal for this kind of yatra. It involves cross-border travel with strict rules. The company was upfront about it and handled things patiently.

We took the tour from 26 Aug to 04 Sept'2023. It was a wonderful experience. We were 10 in our tour and everyone came with different spiritual backgrounds. It was a full moon trip. Max Holidays provided excellent services throughout. They checked out oxygen levels regularly for all travellers and provided support when needed. Accommodation provided were shared and reasonably good for the places. Services such as porter can be improved but it is on the Tibet side. Food was provided by on site cooks who travelled with the group. Schedule changes could have been communicated better. Vidushi was excellent. Overall our trip was excellent.

Kailash Manasarovar Yatra.

Taking care of one's group is great. But helping people of other group is greatest. This we found in Vishal of Max Holidays. When our tour operator, Nepal Pilgrim Travels, Mylapore, was nowhere to be seen and who had left us high and dry, it was Mr. Vishal who helped us a lot. Stranded at Hilsa on 3rd July and when some of us were ill he brought in his team doctors immediately and assured us that we would be taken care of.
